For France, a VAT of 20% is applied to the order.

For Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg, no VAT is applicable.

The promo code is validated at the same time as the order. You just have to indicate it in the space provided for this purpose.

After your purchase, you will receive your invoice directly by email. From your personal space, you can find all your invoices.

All packages are sent via Chronopost or Colissimo.

Once your order is validated, you will receive the tracking number by email that you can consult on Chronopost or Colissimo.

All return and refund requests must be returned as soon as possible. The product must be in its original packaging and returned with the delivery note and the return slip.
